Walkathon, bike rally to be held in Mokokchung

Mokokchung, Sep. 9 (EMN): The deputy commissioner of Mokokchung, Sashank Pratap Singh, has informed that the district- level Nasha Mukti Bharat Abhiyan and district administration will be organising a walkathon rally and bike rally on September 12, to kick start Nasha Mukti Bharat campaign in the district.

The walkathon will start at 7 am from public ground, while the bike rally will start from petrol pump, Yimyu Junction. Both the rallies will culminate at Commissioner’s Rest House.

List of the participants for walkathon are Fazl Ali College, People’s College, Jubilee Memorial College, NCC and NYK.

Participants for the bike rally included Royal Enfield Mokokchung and DEF Mokokchung. All the participants have been requested to bring placards with Nasha Bharat/ anti-drug slogans.
