DIMAPUR — The Nagaland Basketball Association, in collaboration with the Basketball Federation of India and FIBA, organised a World Association of Basketball Coaches (WABC) Level-1 programme for basketball coaches from March 16 to the 21st in Dimapur.
According to a press release, fifteen participants attended the programme.
The training was conducted by Arnika Gujar-Patil, a FIBA facilitator. She has received the prestigious Shiv Chatrapati Award from the Maharashtra government. Currently, she serves as the CEO of Arnika's Sports Academy.
The course provided a platform for young coaches to enhance their abilities and elevate their coaching skills, it said.
