Video clip contest marks vigilance awareness week

[caption id="attachment_280895" align="aligncenter" width="500"] Officials from Airports Authority of India and students of Tetso College are seen during the awareness vigilance awareness programme on November 1.[/caption] Dimapur, Nov. 2 (EMN): Commemorating the vigilance awareness week, Airport Authority conducted a short video clip competition on the theme ‘Integrity – a way of life’ at Tetso College on November 1. The event witnessed a total of seven short video entries of two minutes each. The videos conveyed messages such as raising public awareness regarding the existence, causes, and gravity of and the threat posed by corruption, a press release issued by the college stated. Students presented that corruption in all spheres of life can be overcome by practicing good moral value ethics such as honesty, integrity, fairness, respect for others and respect for the law. Thoiba Koza of Class XII (Arts) was declared the winner and received INR 2500, while Vilalhoulie Rupreo of Class XI (Arts) and Iziedile of Class XII (Commerce) secured second and third positions and awarded INR 2000 and INR 1500 respectively. Salman Azhar, junior engineer (technical) from the Airports Authority of India, spoke on the evils of corruption. He encouraged the students to take a stand and fight against corruption.
