Version2 rocks pre-Halloween night at Urban Hub café in Mokokchung

Mokokchung, October 29 (EMN): Version2 band from Dimapur greeted Mokokchung with their power performances blasting the customers with their metal music during the pre-Halloween night held at Urban Hub café, Mokokchung on Oct. 28.

The band influenced by System of a Down, Pantera, Megadeth and Disturbed took the stage with their originals — Walk and Shinglungkuppa — and performed metal hits like Cemetery, Trooper, Symphony, Genocidal, etc. enthralling the customers with their energetic performances making everyone have a good time.

Two guest artistes Talimoa Longchar and Liju Achumi also shared the stage and stunned the crowd with their melodic vocals.

“It was our pleasure to perform at Urban Hub cafe alongside talented artistes from Mokokchung Talimoa Longchar (The stage Nagaland 2nd runners up 2021) and Liju Achumi ( The stage Nagaland winner 2021) . We really appreciate Cafe’s initiative by providing platforms for artistes and bringing back music alive in Mokokchung. Keep up the good work and hope for the best,” the band commented.

Some of the Version2 accolades are ‘Surety’ (Best Rock Song Music Awards of Nagaland 2022); Best bassist  at BOB Arju Autumn Fest Tuli 2019;  Best Vocalist  at ENSF Fiesta ‘Beat Contest’ Mon 2016 and Best Guitarist at Guwahati Medical Annual Cultural Fest 2008.
