DIMAPUR — The All Commercial Vehicle Association (ACVA) Wokha has announced ‘chakka bandh’ on all commercial vehicles within the district on October 9 from 5 am onwards, following the expiry of its seven-day ultimatum served on September 26 to address its grievances.
“The bandh has been called to protest against the failure to respond to the grievances of the association on the issue of non disbursement of commercial fares incurred during election duty in February 2023,” read the press release.
