Vehicle owners asked to collect hiring charges for election duties

DIMAPUR — DC Mon Ajit Kumar Verma issued a directive to all vehicle owners and drivers whose vehicles were requisitioned from Dimapur for election duties during the 14th general election to the NLA that vehicle hiring charges can be collected from the office of the DC, election branch, Dimapur.

They can be collected during office hours from September 12 to September 16.

A DIPR report stated that to facilitate the payment release process, individuals need to bring the original vehicle requisition slip issued during the vehicle requisition process and that without the original requisition slip, no payments will be released.

All concerned Vehicle owners and drivers have been informed to adhere to this requirement to ensure the smooth and timely collection of their hiring charges.
