Unqualified technicians will jeopardize reputation of hospital: Deo Nukhu

The annual thanksgiving day of CIHSR was held today at its hospital premises with Parliamentary Secretary, Higher Education & SCERT Deo Nukhu as the chief guest and Chief Secretary Toshi Aier as the chairman.
Deo Nukhu congratulating the CIHSR for opening up the first Nursing College said that the need of having a medical college has been fulfilled by the institute. He recommended that a hospital like CIHSR where patients come from all over the State and also from neighboring states should have doctors of all specialties in order to treat all kinds of patients that need attention without going outside the State.
He said that CIHSR can take the initiative of imparting proper trainings for technicians in different disciplines as there is a need to improvise the technicians at hospitals who are not properly trained. He said, the risk involved in appointing unqualified technicians will jeopardize the reputations of any hospital.
Deo Nukhu citing that ‘taking care of patients is a great sacrificial job,’ urged the CIHSR team to serve the sick people with dedication, commitment, love and compassion for enhancement of healthy living in the society.
Chairman Toshi Aier who is also the President of CIHSR team encouraged the team to continue the good job of curing the patients in every possible way as patients are the ambassadors who can bring good name for the institute.
He challenged the gathering that the journey to progress in any form can be achieved only if every individuals work together as a team that can bear good fruits for the future generations.
First Director of CIHSR Dr. PK John who is also EHA National Project Director exhorted during the celebration. A special number was presented by the CIHSR staffs and students while two special chorals was presented by the Nagaland Conservatory of Music Dimapur that mesmerized the gathering.
The Annual Thanksgiving Day coinciding with the 7th Anniversary celebration was celebrated with great delight.
