Dimapur, Oct. 5 (EMN): The 4th Edition of Morning Champions Cup, which was renamed as Lobenkokba Memorial Morning Champions Cup in memory of late Lobenkokba, president of Morning Football Association (MFA), concluded on October 4, at the IG Stadium in Kohima. According to an update from the administrator of MFA, the tournament started on September 2, with 10 teams. After 28 matches, debutant Unity FC emerged as champions defeating the MPL champions and strong contenders Mustang FC by a very convincing score line of 5-1. Earlier, Kohima Raiders thrashed All Blacks 7-3 to clinch the third place.

- Best defender - Kenneth (Mustang FC)
- Player of the tournament - Viliebeizo (Kohima Raiders)
