Dimapur, Jan. 19 (EMN): Shine CC won the first match of the day in the ongoing 6th Unity Cup, beating the Nagamese Baptist Fellowship (NBF CC), Chümoukedima village, by 79 runs.
An update informed that Shine CC put up a total of 148 runs in 20 overs with Sana scoring 34 runs. He was later declared the Man of the Match for his contribution with the bat.
However, NBF CC conceded loss by falling short of a win by 70 runs.
In the second match of the day, Das Brothers CC defeated Royal CC by three wickets after chasing down the target in just 9 overs. Narayan of Das Brothers CC was declared the Man of the Match for his knock of nine runs and three-wicket haul.
