Kohima, March 9 (EMN): United Brothers Kohima will be organising its first open super six cricket tournament at Rüzhükhrie GHSS ground in Kohima from March 12 to the 14th.
While informing this on Tuesday, the organisers added that the winning team will walk away with INR 10,000 cash prize and the runner- up with INR 5,000.
The organisers informed that entry fee has been fixed at INR 1,500 with ‘first come priority basis’.
It also informed that SOPs as per the guidelines issued by the Health department are to be observed during the competition while cleanliness in and around the ground would be maintained.
According to the organisers, they decided to organise the tournament after witnessing the recently concluded Super Six cricket tournament at Rüzhükhrie GHSS ground, where there was ‘competitiveness and passion amongst the players’.
