UEFA reveals EURO 2020 Team of the Tournament
Five Italian players are included in the official UEFA EURO 2020 Team of the Tournament.
Dimapur, July 13 (EMN): Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has unveiled the official EURO 2020 Team of the Tournament today.
UEFA revealed the team of the tournament in a blog post on its official website and a video post on its official Twitter page.

It is no surprise that five Italian players are included in the team led by goalkeeper and Player of the Tournament Gianluigi Donnarumma. Leonardo Bonucci, Leonardo Spinazzola, Jorginho, and Federico Chiesa were the other Italian players selected.
EURO 2020 runners-up, England, had three players selected into the team: Raheem Sterling, Kyle Walker, and Harry Maguire.
Denmark midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Spain midfielder Pedri, and Belgium forward Romelu Lukaku are the other remaining players that were selected.
The players for the UEFA EURO 2020 Team of the Tournament was named by UEFA’s technical observer team. The UEFA technical observer team officials consisted of Packie Bonner, Esteban Cambiasso, Fabio Capello, Cosmin Contra, Corinne Diacre, Jean-François Domergue, Dušan Fitzel, Steffen Freund, Frans Hoek, Aitor Karanka, Robbie Keane, Ginés Meléndez, David Moyes, Mixu Paatelainen, Peter Rudbæk and Willi Ruttensteiner.
Notable players absent from the EURO 2020 Team of the Tournament include Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo and Czech Republic forward Patrik Schick, each of whom had scored five goals in the tournament. However, Cristiano Ronaldo won the Golden Boot as he had one goal assist while Schick had zero assists in the tournament.
