Chobathung Odyuo, NPF CEC member, stated that NPF is the most appropriate political party for Naga people and encouraged the party workers to have perseverance and endurance. He further encouraged the members to prepare well to execute plans into action in the next state election.

Various party workers from 37, 38, 39 and 40 assembly constituencies also spoke on the occasion.

During the consultative meeting, the NPF Wokha division resolved to appreciate the leadership of NDPP, BJP and NPF for coming together to form all party government with an aim to facilitate the Indo-Naga political settlement in a unified manner. The house also resolved to endorse the leadership of the chief minister, Neiphiu Rio, deputy chief minister, Y Patton, and NPF legislators to bring about a resolution to the vexed Naga political issue.

NPF Wokha division further appealed to the UDA leadership for an equal treatment towards the NPF legislators to achieve maximum development for the betterment of Naga people.
