Two dead bodies remain unclaimed at District Hospital morgue

Dimapur, June 24 (EMN): Office of the Commissioner of Police, Dimapur has informed that one person identified as Subash Bengali (sic) died of cardiac arrest while undergoing treatment from Civil Hospital Dimapur on June 22 and the dead body is kept at District Hospital morgue.

The police have also informed that one unidentified dead body, a non-local male, was found opposite Hotel Blue Heaven, Dimapur on June 23. It found out during the inquest conducted over the dead body that the death was caused by starvation and dehydration.  The dead body was shifted to District Hospital morgue after completing all legal formalities.

The police requested the claimant, relatives and friends of the two deceased persons to contact Officer-in-Charge, East Police Station, Dimapur.
