
Based on fall winter collection under the theme evolve, the ongoing second edition of Nagaland Fashion Week was held at Hotel Vivor, Kohima.
The event is being organised by Nagaland Designers’ Association (NDA).
The event is being aimed at showcasing the designs based on ethnic fusion fall/winter collection to provide a stage to the talented designers to unfold the hidden ethnic cache through their creative collections.
Model and assistant editor of Windows Media from Nagaland, Opang Jamir was the show director and choreographer with makeup artist as Johnny D’Ascoli for the two days event held in Kohima.
Altogether 25 designers are showcasing their designs in three categories including ‘Emerging, Enthusiast and Generation Next,’ which was worn by around 20 models.
The NDA at present has 22 members with five logistic members and five impact team members.
The grand finale will be held at Bamboo Resource Centre in Dimapur on Nov. 4.
