Dimapur, Sep 4 (EMN): Basing on specific information, troops of 7 Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North) established a Mobile Vehicle Check Post at Tethezu Junction September 1.
During the search, the team recovered 20 cases of illegal IMFL from the possession of two persons identified as Ato Yimchunger, son of Hanni of Pungro town and Chumpi Sangtam, son of Tsakyusa Sangtam from Kiphire village. The apprehended accuseds along with recovered items were handed over to Kiphire Police Station for further investigation.
