Dimapur, August 12 (EMN): The monthly meeting of SDPDB Tseminyu was held at Dobashi Customary Court in ADC office, Tseminyu, on August 10 under the chairmanship of the Parliamentary Secretary of Housing and Chairman Tseminyu SDPDB, Er. Levi Rengma.
The house reviewed the last meeting minutes concerning proper maintenance and protection of government properties in Tseminyu sub-division.
The house discussed on 2-lane road construction along NH-2 between Tseminyu and Wokha. The parliamentary secretary, Er. Levi, had asked the concerned PWD (NH) for detailed status.
Chief Engineer PWD (NH) Er. R Temsu Temjen apprised the members regarding the construction of the NH-2 Tseminyu-Wokha.
The house also discussed on change of Nsunyu village name to Kithagha village and decided to recommend the matter to the government for approval.
Meanwhile, ADC and vice chairman SDPDB, Theodore Yanthan, reminded the respective departmental officers to carry out their responsibilities for the forthcoming celebration of Independence Day on August 15.
