Tseminyu DPDB proposes development projects

DIMAPUR — The Tseminyu district planning and development board (DPDB) has proposed for construction of 4 sitters toilet (2 units) and urinal shed at community sanitary complex, construction of a water tank with 4000 litres capacity at NST station in Tseminyu town, construction of community waiting shed at office area along the DC road and construction of two traffic control points in Tseminyu town.

The proposals were made during the monthly DPDB meeting held in the conference hall of the deputy commissioner’s office in Tseminyu town under the chairmanship of Jwenga Seb on February 21.

A DIPR report stated that the chairman welcomed all the members and introduced new members to the house. He also reviewed the last meeting minutes.

Senior medical officer of Tseminyu presented the activities of the Medical department through power point, while the Food and Civil Supply department has been asked to present the departmental activities in the next meeting.

Meanwhile, the chairman requested the department heads to execute their duties in a sincere manner and to attend the subsequent DPDB meeting without fail. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks from the chair.
