Teacher’s Day is celebrated on September 5 all over the country every year to mark the birthday of Dr. S Radha Krishna the first vice president of India. The day is special, the ANSTA unit said in a message received here today and teachers should feel proud of being a teacher.
“Education is the only instrument for transforming society, and the teacher has been a source of inspiration and has contributed to the development of the society in a number of ways.
Therefore, teacher’s are rightly to be called as “nation builder,” the ANSTA unit stated. The ANSTA wishes and prays that the almighty God would give good health and long life to all the teachers.
