Tribal United FC wins district-level football tourney

Dimapur, Jan. 19 (EMN): The Dimapur Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR (North) conducted a District Level Football Tournament in collaboration with Dimapur Football League from Jan. 14 till the 18th at the DDSC Stadium, in Dimapur for local teams of Dimapur district.
The final match was played between Tribal United FC and One Ten FC on Jan. 18, wherein Tribal United FC emerged the champions by scoring two goals to one. Cdr HQ 6 Sector Assam Rifles and Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur witnessed the final match and felicitated the teams.
Six teams participated in the tournament.
