Treasuries and Accounts holds valedictory function for trainees

DIMAPUR — The Treasuries and Accounts (TA) on Friday organised a valedictory function for the 14th batch sub-treasuries officers (STO), junior accounts officers (JAO) and junior divisional accountants (JDA) at the Training Research and Monitoring Institute (TRMI), Purana Bazaar, Dimapur.

An update from the institute stated that the joint director, Temsuinla Aier, chaired the programme, while an invocation prayer was said by faculty member, Z Vighoto Sumi.

It stated that Aochuba Pongener, the special guest and joint director of Treasuries and Accounts, congratulated the trainees on the successful completion of their training. He encouraged them to work and serve the people sincerely and honestly saying that they are assets of the department.

Report stated that Zujamo A Lotha, STO, and Mhonchumo D Yanthan, JDA, spoke on behalf of the trainees, while short speech was delivered by ST Doungel, faculty member of the institute.

The function concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Imliangshi, JAA.
