Travellers from Mokokchung advised to avoid Assam route

Mokokchung, Nov. 16 (EMN): In view of the proposed indefinite economic blockade by Karbi Students’ Association from November 17, the deputy commissioner of Mokokchung, Limawabang Jamir, has advised all commuters travelling from Mokokchung to different parts of the state to avoid travelling via Assam.

A travel advisory by DC on Monday stated that due to evolving volatile situation along the Assam-Nagaland border, commuters are advised to take the Wokha-Tseminyu road till the situation improves.
