Thousands of people from all walks of life attended the tenth day, March 4, of the ongoing Christian revival event, the Transformation Crusade, being conducted in Kohima local ground.
Rev. Zotuo Kiewhuo, pastor of Koinonia Baptist Church, was the speaker of the day’s event. Delivering the message, Rev. Kiewhuo said that the society was in need of a man like Moses and Paul. He added the fall of church which will lead to the worshipping of Satan, is due to the fall of man as it is the temple of God, and the church in general.
Calling on the crusade as an uncompromised crusade, he forewarned of the manifestation that may occur after the crusade ends because of the exposing and much destruction in the realm of the dark and exhorted the congregation to be equipped and render help.
Reading from the scripture in Colossians 3:23(NKJV) ‘and whatever you do, do it heartily as to the Lord and not to men’, Rev. Kiewhuo said that all must do works for the Lord because there was a reward in Heaven for all of it. If any man’s work shall be burned he shall suffer loss but he himself will be saved. Therefore the attitude of us in doing good works must be in tune with God as in Deut.6:18 ‘do what is good and right in the sight of the Lord” and that we should not do to please man and one will receive reward if one has the right attitude towards God. The rewards when you invest for God has no loss, and that the rewards are crown of righteousness, crown of victory, crown of life, crown of joy and crown of glory. Among it, the highest crown been Glory and Joy as mentioned in 1peter5:4 & 1Thess. 2:19.
Worship team, Gloria Patri, led the young people into praise and worship.
Later, an altar call was given for commitment and dedication of life to Jesus Christ. Hundreds of people responded to the altar call. Also, many sick persons were also healed during the event.
A total strength of 380 prayer warriors has been in continuous prayer till now for the success of the crusade.
Earlier in the afternoon, the session speaker was Neiphizo Kesiezie who shared on the topic ’Inner healing’. He said that to give inner healing was a healing of the soul, the real beginning of transformation of a person after deliverance. Stating that the soul was a ‘storage room for our body and spirit that received information,’ Kesiezie urged the people present saying that ‘Our mind must be well guarded with the word of God.’
‘The roots in the soul that can be of pain, rejection, insecurity etc, needs to be taken out so that we could replace it with the ‘seed’ to bear fruit, the ‘seed’ been the Holy spirit that will replace and restore to bear the fruit of the spirit,’ he said.
‘The need of inner healing is much needed because the pain and rejection becomes the beacons of attraction signal for the evil he added rendering to Psalms 23:3 that God is the only one who can restore our soul.’
