Trailblazer Society marks its 10th anniversary with a family get-together at Naga United Village in Chümoukedima

DIMAPUR — Trailblazer Society celebrated its 10th anniversary-cum-family get-together at JP Park and Banquets, Naga United Village, bringing together members, spouses, children, and well-wishers.
According to an update, special guest Sungti Amer, retired Assistant Chief Engineer and member of the Board of Governors and Finance Committee at NIT Chümoukedima, congratulated the society on completing a decade of service and fellowship.
"Though my association with the Trailblazer Society has been relatively short, I have seen the Society achieve remarkable milestones, especially the successful Changki–Tai Ahom Cultural Connect 2026, which showcased the vision and commitment of its members," Amer said.
Addressing parents and families, he challenged members to guide their children in a rapidly changing world. "Let us not impose our dreams and aspirations on our children. Allow them to grow according to their God-given potential. Be present fathers, guide them with wisdom, and learn to adjust to the realities of this AI-driven world," he advised.

The exhortation was delivered by senior member Sentiningsang Longkumer, who stated, "Life is not merely about accumulating achievements or possessions. True significance comes when we move from being accumulators to contributors, impacting lives and leaving behind a meaningful legacy."
A highlight of the programme was the felicitation of the society’s first office bearers in recognition of their service from 2016 to 2025. Those honoured included Dr. Temjennungsang Longchari, Chairperson; Rejosanen Longchari, Secretary; and Limasunep Tzudir, Finance Secretary.
