DIMAPUR — In light of the road widening and upgrading work from New Vongti to Pungro town, ADC Pungro, Vekusheyi Rhakho, has issued an order imposing vehicular restrictions on the said road from April 13 to the 17th between 8 am and 4 pm to expedite earth cutting works before the monsoon.
To avoid inconvenience, commuters and commercial vehicles travelling along this route have been advised to be aware of the restricted hours, according to a DIPR report.
Light vehicles, including passenger vehicles (Sumo taxi), are advised to take the alternative route via Tetheze (Tetheze Road) during the aforementioned time period.
