Total restriction of movement from Chathe River to Khuokhi Bridge

Dimapur, Nov. 5 (EMN): To facilitate the progress of the four-lane construction works and in the interest of public safety, Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur Rajesh Soundararajan has informed that there will be total restriction of all movement from Chathe River Bridge (Patkai Bridge) to Khuokhi River Bridge from 7 am on November 8 (Sunday) till 5 am on November 9 (Monday) for enabling above said construction works.

The restriction has been necessitated to facilitate speedy completion of works and as a precautionary measure to prevent any injury, loss of life and damage to property.

General public has been advised to take the alternative route from Dimapur-Kohima and Kohima-Dimapur (for light vehicles only) via 7^th Mile — New DC office—ShoKhuvi—Razaphe—Mhaikam—Pimla—Mhainamtsi—Jhornapani or Medziphema and vice versa.
