Total restriction of movement from Chathe River Bridge to Kukidolong

Dimapur, Oct. 21 (EMN): In order to facilitate the progress of the four-lane construction works and in the interest of public safety, Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur Rajesh Soundararajan has informed that there will be total restriction of all movement from Chathe River Bridge (Patkai Bridge) to Kukidolong from 7 am on October 24 till 5 am on October 26.

The restriction has been necessitated to facilitate speedy completion of works and as a precautionary measure to prevent any injury, loss of life and damage to property.

General public has been advised to take the alternative route from Dimapur – Kohima and vice versa (for light vehicles only) via 7th Mile — New DC office — Shokhuvi — Razaphe-Mhaikam — Pimla —Mhainamtsi — Jhornapani or Medziphema.
