Dimapur, Sep. 2 (EMN): Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Mon Thavaseelan K has informed that the total lockdown which was imposed in Aboi town, Ngangching village and Aopao village from August 29 has been lifted.
Meanwhile, in supersession of the previous order by the DC office and in pursuance of state government order issued on August 31, the DC informed that activities are allowed in the district with immediate effect, outside the containment zones, subject to strict compliance of the standard operating procedures (SOP).
All shopping malls, restaurants, hotels and other hospitality units, gymnasium, yoga institutes, barber shops, saloons, and beauty parlors in the district have been allowed to open and function subject to strict adherence to the SOP.
