Tokheho to grace Teacher’s Day celebration

Dimapur, Sep 1 (EMN): The Minister for School Education & Parliamentary Affairs, Tokheho Yepthomi, will be gracing the State Level Teachers’ Day celebration as chief guest, on September 5, 10 a.m. at NBCC Convention Centre (Kiju Kharu), Kohima. The programme is being organised by the Department of School Education. Principal Secretary, FP Solo will preside the celebration function, and Principal Director, Smita Sarangi, will deliver the welcome address. Other highlights of the programme includes presentation of special song by students of Rüzhükhrie Government Higher Secondary School, address by the guest speaker, Advisor ANPSA Pheluopfelie Kesiezie, presentation of the life sketch of Lt. Dr. S. Radhakhrishnan by students of Chandmari Higher Secondary School, honouring of teachers by students of Minister’s Hill Baptist Higher Secondary School, special presentation by students of Little Flower, Higher Secondary School and presentation of awards.
