Dimapur, April 30 (EMN): The Tobu area students’ union (TASU) has given the state’s department of Youth Resources and Sports till May 8 to explain its failure to complete the construction of a ‘youth hall’ at Tobu town.

In an ultimatum addressed to the director of the department, the student body has stated that failure to comply with the deadline will compel the latter to ‘impose indefinite closure of all the governmental offices in Tobu sub-division’.

It reminded that the union had served an ultimatum earlier. “However, no information was received from either the contractor or implementing agency about the delay in completion of youth hall construction at Tobu HQ”.
