Dimapur, Dec. 14 (EMN): In joint endeavour to reach out to the rural populace and give quality health services, three agencies namely Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission under Changtongya RD Block, Medical Department of Mokokchung district, and Mobile Medical unit under Community Educational Centre Society (Tuli) have conducted a health camp in Akhoya village on December 11.
A Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission under Changtongya RD Block stated that altogether 116 people attended the health camp, who were administered treatment by two general doctors, one ophthalmic assistant and one dentist.
Meanwhile, the Block Mission Management Unit has expressed gratitude to the Chief Medical Officer, Mokokchung, and his colleagues for giving the platform to conduct the health camp as well as deputing two doctors to assist during the camp. It also thanked the Community Educational Centre Society, Tuli, for all its efforts to ensure the health camp a grand success.
