Thenyizumi village extends goodwill gesture

Bundles of green vegetables kept for distribution in Kohima on Wednesday.

Kohima, May 6 (EMN): Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission (NSRLM)- Self Help Groups in Thenyizumi in collaboration with Thenyizumi village council, Thenyizumi Students' Union, Thenyuzumi Youth Social Welfare Organisation and women society collectively distributed fresh vegetables, snails, and local rice to the citizens of Kohima on May 6.

According to press release, the movement was initiated by the citizens of Thenyizumi to share organic vegetation available in the village to the people of Kohima.
