Where did the year go?
No one seems to know,
How quickly it passed!
What we did, are now past.
We should not forget,
But also not waste time on regret.
Because now those are the past.
This is the time to meet,
To be together,celebrate and greet.
Learn from the mistakes,
Resolve not to repeat and to correct what it takes.
A chance to seriously contemplate
To acknowledge and truly appreciate.
Our good friends and family.
This is the time to do good things in life,
To overcome all our trouble and strife.
To make friends out of foes,
Not be afraid to forgive.
But to be much more positive,
Life’s too short, we all knows.
Let’s give our good effort as the year close.
Those whom we lost, shed a tear,
Cherish those whom we hold dear.
Let’s decide about next year,
And face the future without fear.
A great chance to make things right,
