My enemies turn back; they stumble and perish before you.

Psalm 9:3

Everyone has enemies and even satan rebelled against God and lost his place in the kingdom of God. The enemy of mankind plotted the downfall of us but God in His righteousness came down to secure and restore us to himself. It was Christ who crushed the head of the serpent and the result of it is we have victory in the name of Jesus. For as wed live trails will come, temptations will come but greater is the power within us. Even in the midst of fierce opposition Christ chose to remain silent, for he knew of what would come in his death and resurrection.

The grave couldn’t conceal him, neither could his enemies have the final say but his death on the cross said it all. The demons knew Christ and knew why he came for but it was in that day that they became more fearful. This is the result of Christ ‘ mission and as we represent God’s armies our foes will cringe before us because of the shed blood of Christ. For even as it is God who will crush our enemies it will be God who will make them stumble and fall. There is victory in this psalm, in every scripture and in the Holy Spirit. The powers of God are for those who loves God.
