Addressing the students at the declaration function, held at college Auditorium, Dr. C Tetseo, Nodal Officer of National Tobacco Programme (NTCP) Dimapur, stressed on the importance of taking informed decision as ignorance can never be an excuse for picking up Tobacco habit. He also challenged the students to use their knowledge as a defence against the campaign of tobacco industries which target the youth with glamorisation of their products.
