Kohima, May 4 (EMN): Team Score Heroes defeated 75 other teams to lift the title of 5th Open Penalty Shoot-Out Tournament, held on Saturday May 4 at the Indira Gandhi Stadium in Kohima. The tournament was organised by Prodigies Group on the theme “Innovating a stronger fellowship.”
The winning team, Score Heroes received a cash prize of INR 30,000 along with certificates.
Runners-up Methele received a cash prize of INR 20,000.
Meriema Village Youth Organisation (B) and Meriema Village Youth Organisation (A) stood third and fourth position. They walked home with a cash prize of INR 10,000 and INR 5000 respectively.
The best goal keeper was bagged by Seketou Pienyü of Score Heroes. He received a cash prize of INR 5000.
Director of Youth Resources and Sports, Akumla Chuba attended the closing function as the guest patron while Seyiekuolie Kesiezie, president Nagaland Government Registered Class-I Contractors Union as event patron.
