Dimapur, Dec. 1 (EMN): Aboi unit of the Konyak Union (KU) has submitted memorandum to the Nagaland chief minister, Neiphiu Rio, for creation of Aboi district and also expedite the unfinished projects for early completion to mitigate the suffering of the people in the area.The memorandum was submitted to Rio during inauguration of Polytechnic and badminton indoor stadium held at Aboi on November 27. An update from Aboi unit of the Konyak Union president Pangao Konyak and the general secretary Phongyei Konyak stated that Rio did not miss a chance to meet the people of Aboi who were waiting for him at the local ground since morning hours. It stated that an invocation prayer was said by Rev.
