Suspect still at large in Dimapur stabbing case

DIMAPUR — The suspect in the March 22 incident, where a male identified as Abdul Majid attempted to murder a 22-year-old woman by stabbing her multiple times in the abdomen, is still absconding.

For the uninitiated, on that fateful day, the staffer of a mobile store in Dimapur was attacked by the accused, who then fled the scene.

A police officer stated that the police are still searching for the accused, and that the investigation is ongoing. Additionally, the officer reported that the victim has been discharged from the hospital and is recovering well and in good health.
