[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he Survival Nagaland movement has reiterated on the issue of influx of Illegal Bangladeshi Immigrants (IBIs) into the state questioned what were the State Government and apex bodies like Naga Hoho, NSF, Naga Mothers Association and Churches doing about this serious problem.
In a release today the Public Relation Cell of Survival Nagaland has affirmed that the problem needed to be addressed at the earliest and appealed to every responsible Naga to wake up from their slumber and do the needful as a responsible citizen. Stating that this problem has now become a threat to the very existence of the Naga people and their future generations, Survival Nagaland appealed to all youths to imbibe work culture and profess the dignity of labour. It also supported the Naga Council Dimapur (NCD)’s representation to the Prime Minister on the influx of IBIs.
