DIMAPUR — A new executive council of the Naga Hoho, headed by Sulanthang Lotha as president, was elected on Thursday during its general session held in Senapati.
An update stated that the newly elected president thanked the entire Naga Hoho for choosing him to represent them, assuring that the new team’s supreme objective would be to work for unity among the Nagas, which is the only way forward for the Nagas.
The new executives include Atoho K Kiho as general secretary, RD David Boyes as vice president, Komral Longphi as secretary, Vikugha Pucho as secretary finance, SP Raili as secretary for information and publicity, Pauheu Newme as speaker and David Rengma as customary affairs secretary.
The posts of a second vice president, a secretary, and deputy speaker are yet to be filled.
