State taekwondo team wins 6 medals

EMN Dimapur, January 22 The Nagaland Taekwondo (WTF) Team won 1 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze medals in the 6th Swami Vivekananda National Level PYKKA Rural Group-1 Tournament held at Mahabubnagar, Andhra Pradesh from January 7 to 10. Salim Debbarma won the gold medal, Kevizhapu Terhuja and Akham Phaknyu. L bagged the silver medals while Shivashish Gurung, Keneilevo and A.Yopise won the bronze medals. The team has, meanwhile, thanked the State Taekwondo Coach Visabieu Peseyie and Dept. of Youth Resources and Sports, Nagaland Kohima.
