Nagaland reports 3 recoveries

Dimapur, Aug. 7 (EMN): The number of active COVID-19 cases in Nagaland has declined to 62 with three recoveries – two in Kohima, and one in Wokha — registered on Sunday.

The state’s COVID tally remained unchanged at 35,835, with no new cases logged during the same period.

An update from the Health department informed that the total recoveries increased to 33,495.

The death toll remained unchanged at 767 with no fatality reported during the last 24 hours.

Out of the 62 active cases, 41 are asymptomatic and 19 mild. In terms of district-wise distribution of cases, Dimapur has 19, Kohima 13, Wokha eight, Longleng six, three each in Mokokchung, Mon and Zunheboto, two each in Tuensang and Phek, and one in Kiphire.
