Dimapur, June 23 (EMN): In pursuance of the resolution on organisational election at various levels of the Janata Dal (United) during its national executive council meeting at Patna on June 9 and subsequently endorsing and authorising the JD (U) chairman of Northeast executive council for appointment of all presidents and office bearers including the women and youth wings of the party in the Northeast states, Nagaland unit of JD (U) has been dissolved with immediate effect. State JD (U) general secretary, Kitoho S Rotokha, stated that all office bearers of Nagaland including its chairman YM Humtsoe, secretary (Admn) Thangliba Sangtam, secretary (Org.) H Mukam, secretary in-charge of youth Yangseo Sangtam, secretary of media and publicity Mhademo Shitiri, secretary of legal affairs Nlumsao Ngullie, treasurer Narottam Jha, all state executive members and all assembly constituencies office bearers are relieved of their responsibilities with immediate effect to facilitate smooth conduct of the organisation election.
