DIMAPUR — In the interest of public service, the Governor of Nagaland, has ordered transfer and posting of the IAS, NCS, NSS and other officers with immediate effect.
According to a notification, dated October 5, issued by the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Personnel ‘A’ branch), the transfer and posting of officers are:
1. Anenla T Sato, IAS, Commissioner and Secretary, Women Resource Development and Higher and Technical Education is relieved of Women Resource Development.
2. Sushil Kumar Patel, IAS, Commissioner and Secretary, Agriculture and Transport is relieved of Transport. He shall hold additional charge of Soil and Water Conservation.
3. K Libanthung Lotha, IAS, Commissioner and Secretary, Soil and Water Conservation is transferred and posted as Commissioner and Secretary, Sericulture.

5, Dr. G Hukugha Sema, IRS, Commissioner and Secretary, on deputation is posted as Commissioner and Secretary, Planning & Transformation.
6. Zarenthung Ezung NCS, Secretary, Land Revenue, on promotion is transferred and posted as Commissioner and Secretary, Cooperation.
7. Zhothisa Dawhuo, NCS, Director, Lotteries, on promotion is transferred and posted as Commissioner and Secretary, Women Resources Development.
8. Gregory Thejawelie, IAS, Commissioner of Taxes, is transferred and posted as Secretary, Water Resources.
9. Zasekuolie Chusi, IAS, Secretary, Excise, is transferred and posted as Secretary, Transport.
10. Shanavas C, IAS, DC Kohima, is transferred and posted as Secretary, Urban Development and Municipal Affairs Department.
11. Tarep lmchen IAS, Secretary, Works & Housing, is transferred and posted as Secretary, Evaluation. He is relieved of MD, NBDA.
12. Robert Longchari. NCS, Additional Secretary, Land Revenue, on promotion, is retained as Secretary, Land Revenue.
13. Kumar Ramnikant, IAS, Additional Secretary, IDAN (designate), is transferred and posted as DC Kohima.
14. Sachin Jaiswal, IAS, DC Dimapur, is transferred and posted as Commissioner of Taxes.
15. S Tainiu Khiamniungan, NCS, Additional Secretary, H&FW, shall hold additional charge of MD, NBDA.
16. T Nchumbemo Odyuo, NCS, Joint Secretary, MAD, on promotion, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Rural Development.
17. Hiazu Meru, NCS, Joint Secretary, Home, on promotion is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, School Education.
18. Rohit Singh, IAS, ADC Bhandari, is transferred and posted as DC Tseminyu.
19. Razouvolie Dozo, NCS, Joint Secretary Rural Development (designate), is retained as Joint Secretary, Horticulture.
20. Olemjungla Aier, NCS, Joint Secretary, CM Sectt., is transferred and posted as Director, Lotteries.
21. Dr. Tinojongshi Chang, NCS, DC Tseminyu, is transferred and posted as DC Dimapur.
22. Warren Holohon Yepthomi, NCS, ADC, Commissioner Office, on promotion is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Home.
23. Kekhrieselie Mepfuo, NSS, Joint Secretary, Social Welfare, is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, NRE
24. Selichum Thongtsar, NSS, Power (designate), is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Works and Housing.
