Dimapur, April 25 (EMN): State deputy chief minister, Y Patton along with his cabinet colleagues and advisors comprising of S Pangnyu Phom, Jacob Zhimomi, Kashiho Sangtam, Dr. Longriniken, Tovihoto Ayemi and Kazheto Kinimi paid a courtesy call on the union minister of health and family welfare, Jagat Prakash Nadda, at his official residence in New Delhi on April 24.
During the discussion, Patton has apprised the union minister on the ongoing state top priority project of the medical college in Kohima and requested him to extend help towards the early completion of the said medical college.
The delegation members also expressed their gratefulness to the union minister for his concern towards the state especially for the rural health sector.
Quoting the union minister, a press release issued by PRO (IPR) Nagaland House, New Delhi, Kuolie Mere stated that the central government is committed to improve the health care system in the country.
