[caption id="attachment_250167" align="aligncenter" width="600"] Three lecturers of St. Xavier College, Jalukie and students from English department pose for a photograph during their educational tour of India.[/caption]   Dimapur, May 20 (EMN): The “Semper Optimum” department of English, St. Xavier College, Jalukie set off for an educational tour of India from Dimapur on April 29 before ending it on May 10 after covering many important locations. According to an update from the college’s department of English, a total of 23 people (20 students, three lecturers) visited many significant and historical places like Victoria’s memorial and Mother Teresa’s House in Kolkata, Chandigarh, Shimla, Manali, Delhi and Guwahati during the tour. “The group had an incredible trip, exploring different places, experiencing different society, environment, communicating, etc. The group not only enjoyed but developed in various ways: the joy of togetherness, cooperation, going through thick and thin together, fighting the hot and cold weather together, etc,” read the update.
