SSPN inter-house volleyball tournament concludes

Dimapur, April 11 (EMN): Sainik School Punglwa, Nagaland (SSPN) concluded its four-day Inter-House Volleyball Championship held for sub-junior category under Henminlal, TGT Social Science, from April 6 to 9th.
Tizu House won the gold after beating Saramati House 2 sets to 1 in the final, according to the press release issued by the school. Saramati House won the silver and Japfu House won bronze. Rahul Kumar of Saramati House was adjudged the best player of the championship.

Principal of the school Gp Capt Sharad R Keskar, who was the chief guest of the occasion, gave away the certificates and medals to winners. He spoke on the “need to play as a team and that every player’s contribution is important.” He congratulated the silver medal-winning Saramati players for playing as a team.
