Kilang urged the students not to look at others to get salvation from loving God but to look at oneself and speak directly to God with open heart. “No matter how wicked and broken we are, God is gracious enough to forgive and accept us as his children if only we surrender our weakness before him,” he said.
Many students were touched and blessed by the power of Holy Spirit on the first day of the retreat.
The programme began with devotion hour of praise and worship led by the Sinai Ministry and invocation pronounced by DABA pastor Rev. Dr. N Tzüdir in the morning and Rev. I Wati Jamir in the afternoon session.
The second day programme would start from 9 AM on Saturday.
