Dimapur, March 29 (EMN): Five schools and one college were declared as tobacco free institutions during the district level co-ordination committee review meeting for the 4th quarter 2016-2017, held at DC’s conference hall on March 29.
S.M. High School, Hornbill School, Dimapur Mission Higher Secondary School, Bethel Baptist School, St. Michael’s School and Tetso College were given Tobacco Free School certificates.
ADC Dimapur Elizabeth, who was the chairman of the programme, challenged the schools and colleges who has received the Tobacco Free School certificate to continue working for a better society.
She also called upon the other institutions to contribute towards bringing changes in our society.
