Six buses carrying 198 stranded Nagas leave Uttar Pradesh

Kohima, June 5 (EMN): A total of 198 stranded Nagas left Uttar Pradesh from various districts of the state in six buses, on June 4. They are expected to reach Nagaland on June 7.

An update from the officials of the Naga Students’ Union Allahabad (NSUA) UP informed on Thursday evening that the buses ferrying stranded citizens of Nagaland left the state from four locations.

President of NSUA Sitenlo Tep and vice-president Sedevikho Kuotsu acknowledged several people: Former NSF general secretary and VP Naga Hoho K Inaka Achumi and his wife Hekali Zhimomi, secretary Health and Family Welfare, government of UP; pastor Moa Ozukum (Gorakhpur); Nagaland government and its officials; NSUA executives and various in-charges for helping transport stranded Nagas to Nagaland.
