Six Banans to take on Six Kings in Premier Champions’ final

Our Correspondent Kohima, September 8 Six Banans and Six Kings will clash in the finals of the 2nd Premier Champions’ Trophy organised by CRC Bayavü Hill at Kohima Local Ground on Monday at 10:30 pm.In the first semi-final match played yesterday, Six Kings defeated Juggernauts by 1 wicket. Batting first Juggernauts scored57 runs in 6 overs with Dito contributing 28 runs. Six Kings achieved the target in 4.5 overs losing 5 wickets. Playing the second semi-final match, Six Bananas defeated Royal Hornbill by 62 runs. Taking the bats first Six Bananas scored 81 runs in 6 overs with Ahezo scoring 22 runs. In reply Royal Hornbill were dumbled out scoring 19 runs. A total of 18 teams from three districts of Nagaland, 16 from Kohima and one each from Dimapur and Wokha participated in the tournament.
